Our story
Built on shop floors and ladders.
MMD Signs is a family-run shop in Lansing, Michigan. We do every step in-house — design, fabrication, vinyl, paint, install. That means when something has to be right (and it always does), there's no finger-pointing between vendors. The same person who quotes the job is on the ladder when it goes up.
We build for storefronts, restaurants, real-estate offices, insurance agencies, schools, fleets — anyone who needs to be noticed. After 30 years, most of our work still comes from people we built for ten years ago.

Owner & General Manager
Mike Mollitor is founder and general manager of MMD Signs, LLC. With over 32 years of sign fabrication and design experience, and 28 years as owner operator, Mike has helped businesses get their brand noticed. If you need help with starting from scratch, or have existing guidelines, Mike has the expertise to complete your project.

Mark Richey
Owner & Operations Manager
Mark Richey is co-owner and Operations manager of MMD Signs, LLC. With over 10 years' experience in the sign industry and an additional 7 years' experience in advertising and marketing, Mark has the knowledge and expertise to get your message out. Mark works with a passion for helping businesses develop a brand identity and execute a marketing plan.
